Devolved English Parliament
To see england have its own form of devolved assembly along the same lines of the Scottish, NI and Welsh assembly.
With its own capital outside of London placed in a region that will best serve the whole of the north/midlands/south and southwest of england.
(If it is deemed necessary and is voted for, semi devolved parliaments for different regions could help maximise the benefits of a devolved parliament. while still having an english parliament which will work for the whole of england)
By being on the same level as the other 3 members of the union, england could deal with matters concerning england only, which will help the residents of england see the benefits that other devolved assembly's/parliaments have seen.
London will be better suited as the capital of the UK and would leave westminster to deal with only UK wide matters.
