people who pay council tax should be exempt in their own town from paying parking charges and given a free permit
people who pay council taxes and tax in general should be exempt from paying parking charges in there own town and be given a free parking permit,as it is these hard working people that are contributing to the councils and the upkeep of their own areas.
because i and my family work hard all week and like to relax at our leisure in portsmouth but is spoilt when i drive in and around portsmouth trying to find a parking space without paying,[as i pay enough in tax so why should i and others be penalised and pay out more so as i can try and enjoy my great surroundings in portsmouth
