ban work vans parked in roads after 5.30pm

i would like work vans banned from parking in residential areas after 5.30pm monday to friday, and banned altogether at weekends,my reasoning for this is i get fed returning from work everyday and finding no parking spaces, and having to drive around the block,sometimes from 30mins to an hour some days until someone moves.
very frustrating and also wasting petrol and my money in this very frustrating process
