Mount an operation similar to the Berlin airlift to besieged areas in Ukraine.
Carpet bomb selected areas of Ukraine with humanitarian supplies, akin to the Berlin airlift of 1948/9 when 2.3 million tonnes of supplies were provided by air.
The aircraft used would be clearly marked. The airspace is Ukrainian and the Russians have no right to obstruct an airlift.
To alleviate suffering in Ukraine.

The methods used to deliver aid to other countries are an operational matter for the Ministry of Defence and the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, and can't be decided by petition.
You could have a petition calling on the Government to increase humanitarian aid to Ukraine, if that is something you'd like to see happen.
