UK company customer service must be located and staffed in United kingdom
UK companies must operate their customer Services in the United Kingdom , Employ British Staff and not operate foreign call centres
to provide more homegrown employment opportunities and not cheap foreign call centres who are not efficient

How a private business delivers its customer services is a matter for it, not the UK Government or Parliament. Customers are equally within their rights to decide whether to use the services of a particular company based on how it provides customer service.
