Access to fertility treatment equal for both same-sex and heterosexual couples
The NHS guidelines recommend that IVF should be offered to women who have been trying to get pregnant through regular unprotected sex for 2 years. Same-sex couples can't try and get pregnant, therefore, this guidance needs to be rectified, as it currently discriminates against same-sex couples.
It is unjust and unfair and it discriminates against a minority group.
