Increase health care assistant pay
Basic rate 10.22 now below supermarket pay historically our pay was 20% higher but after years and years of low pay we are now 10/15% below supermarket workers with more responsibilities
It’s unfair to use and abuse a person’s good nature and to put them in poverty doing a demanding job
