PROHIBIT work parking tax/levy
prohibit any form of work/parking levy because
1. this is THEFT
2. public transport is slow and unreliable
3. risding cost of living /fuel, electricity, gas, inflation/
as above - stop council profiteering on working public to give benefits to those who refuse to work
