Centralised Registration of all PPI, Claims and Sales Phone Numbers

All 'cold calling' (PPI, Cliams, Accidents and Injury) companies to be legally required to have the telephone numbers they use registered on a central database linked to their UK office address and business contact details. The databse would be searchable by the public to allow public members to request a stop on calls to their number. Aligned with this a registration fee for all companies using 'cold calling' or 'telephone dialling' equipment which would pay for the above database service.
