Make developers put maximum amount of solar panels on all new builds
It is more cost effective to fit solar panels during the construction of a property than afterwards so it should be mandatory for developers to fit them.
Hundreds of acres of suitable roofs are being wasted as an asset for creating electricity. Fitting solar panels will save billions on building nuclear power stations and unwanted wind farms and will give householders lower electricity bills at a time of soaring energy prices.
