Make it LAW for Child Protection Services to read out parents rights
I believe it’s in the publics best interest that Social Services/Child Protection Services read out the parents rights upon intervention by LAW, protecting parents from not knowing what there rights are when it comes to Social Services. This is a requirement upon arrest, so why not in this case too?

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. We're not sure what rights you'd like to be read to parents and in what situations.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
