Cardiff council's cash bonanza
Cardiff council is the first council outside London to fine those trapped in Yellow Bob Junctions. Andrew Gregory, Cardiff's director of highways indicates that the financial projection is positive.
The Welsh Government should reverse the decision to allow councils to make money from the motorist this way. Drivers could automatically face a fine of up to £70 if caught stopping in a yellow box junction.
