Allow customers to cancel or change insurance providers online without telephone
When applying for insurance for car, home, contents etc customers are able to do so online. However when cancelling policies, customers have to telephone the provider. In essence it's far more simpler to apply for insurance than to cancel. Surely this process can also be done online.
Make it a legal requirement for insurance companies to provide the option of altering, changing or cancelling policy via online.
