Labour to fully account over Good Friday promises of freedom from prosecution to susepcted terrorists
Following the Courts decision not to prosecute John Downey and the subsequent discolsure of secret arrangements, following the Good Friday Agreement, to provide freedom from prosecution for terrorist offences. The then Labour Government should fully identify who was party to this decision and justify their actions. The Attorney Genera lshould reconsider the decision not to pursue the prosecution.
