UK Parliament to consider the conduct of PM and Chancellor of Exchequer.
The UK Parliament should hold a debate upon the conduct, and continuing role of both the current Prime Minister and Chancellor of Exchequer following the police finding of criminal liability for engaging in a party during the Covid-19 lockdown period where all social gatherings were banned.
The executive branch of government passes legislation banning all citizens from social gatherings. Despite this, certain government officers and politicians hold unsanctioned social gatherings during the Covid-19 lockdown period.
Police no rule that some of those attending, including the Prime Minister and Chancellor, in breach of these laws, and fined them.
This unprecedented political situation offends the sense of fairness, a key aspect and value of what it means to be a British citizen.
