All mortgages paid by Housing benefits for more than six months should be re-paid when owner sells the property or dies.

Additional Information

Many people have had mortgages paid by Government for years and end up with a house paid for by people struggling a lifetime to pay their own.
The Government should take back, with interest the amount received by houseowner on their death or re-sale of property .
The payments should be treated as a loan.
