Petition Action

MPs must resign from Parliament, if they are guilty of breaking the law.

Petition Details

Require Members of Parliament to step down from their position in Parliament, if they are found guilty of breaking the law. Members of Parliament create the laws of the land and therefore should uphold the laws too.

Additional Information

Current Members of Parliament have broken the laws they have set. It is inappropriate that the rule makers, are themselves breaking these laws. Members of Parliament should lead by example, not have the belief that there is one rule for them and another for the rest of society.
