Stop foreign aid to India now
The Indian government is continuing to spend increasing amounts of money on buying Russian fossil fuel.
Why would we want to give India millions of pounds in aid (to a nation that has a space program) in order they can spend that money helping Putin.
How can we consciously gift India millions of pounds of our tax payers money while they use it to fund Putins war against Ukraine.
They have a country with a ‘normality’ of desperately poor people and in my view they do nothing with our aid to help them. Instead they develop a space program and massively overspend buying excessive amounts of fuel from Russia in support of Putins despicable violence in Ukraine.
We must not provide them with more funds to do this.
