Outlaw public displays of symbols supporting Russia's aggression against Ukraine

Petition Details

Make amendments to the law to classify the offensive use of antagonistic symbols as a punishable misdemeanor. Affiliating with, participating in or supporting crimes of aggression perpetrated by Russia in the war in Ukraine to become an act punishable pursuant to criminal procedure.

Additional Information

Anyone convicted of the misdemeanor should be subject to a fine or detention for displaying symbols used in committing an act of aggression, genocide, crimes against humanity or war crimes for the purpose of supporting or justifying those acts or intimidating, denigrating or otherwise significantly offending others.
