Make homelessness a key economic indicator

The following information to be collected and published monthly
a) The number of homeless people
b) The number sleeping on the streets

These indicators are every bit as important as the unemployment figure or the inflation rate.
These are key indicators of a civilised society. No-one should have to sleep on the streets if they don't want to. No-one should be without a safe, secure home to live in.
