Increase the amount of aid to the disabled

Additional Information

Stop cuts to the motability scheme as some disabled people need these funds to maintain their personal freedom. These cuts are taking disabled people's independance away from them, this is an unfair way to be saving money as there are many alternatives that the british population as a whole would be able to list.
