End the monopoly on the purchase of SFA apparel

Additional Information

The Scottish Football Association has entered into a contract with JD Sports which means that official apparel (including replica football shirts) can now only be purchased through JD Sports.
JD Sports now has a monopoly on these items and as there is no competition from other retailers prices are being kept artificially high to the detriment of the hard working Scottish football fan.
I believe it is the government's job to prevent monopolies like this from affecting the free market and Government should encourage competition by deeming this contract to be against the public intertest.
