Offer a prize and / or support applications that research alternative energy
There is solid evidence that there are many methods of obtaining clean energy from hydrogen peroxide, split water, static electricity. For example hydrogen peroxide at a high concentration of 90% and above was researched as rocket fuel in the UK and could therefore be used to run power stations.
We need to create an infrastructure based on proven research such that investors can have confidence in backing the currently known working methods and proven models that show methods of producing clean energy before the planet overheats and destroys all human life.
