Increase punishment for drivers using mobile phone's whilst driving
In 2009-2010 there were over 222,000 personal injury accidents in the UK with 6% of drivers involved admitting using their phones leading up to the accident, whilst predictions show that as many as 25% could have been. The current 3 points and £60 fine is insufficient and should be increased to £200 and 6 points in line with other offences
