Ban burning of any waste in gardens it can lead to house fires endangering life
The burning of vegetation or any sort of waste in a garden can result in the spread of the fire to dwellings and endanger life.
There needs to be either a complete ban on burning in a garden or stricter controls .
My home was set on fire by burning pieces of conifer hedge blown in the wind from a neighbour’s garden.
I have since heard of many other potentially catastrophic incidents occurring when bonfires are started in gardens.
Burning in gardens within residential areas is completely irresponsible and could endanger life .
