Slow and regulate Foreign Investment in the UK housing market
Slow Foreign investment and nationals from buying properties in the UK with the express desire to rent them out and creating an unfair market for those wanting to get onto the property ladder by using overseas money as capital for UK owned mortgages. The Mortgage systems needs more regulation.
Unfortunately it seems that no matter how hard you try you're unable to get onto the property ladder without hearing the tales of Foreign Investment in housing which closes the market to UK nationals as they're using overseas capital to buy up property just to rent them out.
