CHANGES NEEDED TO THE RSPCA TO STOP THE MAJOR PROSECUTIONS OF OWNERS AND STOP ALL CURABLE ANIMALS FROM BEING DESTROYED.
THIS SO CALLED CHARITY MUST GIVE THE ANIMAL A HOME FOR LIFE. ALLOW EX OWNERS TO VISIT AND BE GIVEN UPDATES FOR FREE.
GIVE FINANCIAL HELP TO HELP THE OWNERS IN CRISIS OR TEMP BOARDING.
TO STOP THE BULLYING AND HARASSMENT.
