Make it illegal for people to park on private homeowners property
Make it illegal for people to park on private homeowners land
There is no law against this and owners are finding it increasingly difficult to resolve these issues when finding vehicles on their driveways or land.

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. Parking on private property is normally a matter for the landowner, rather than the police or relevant local authority, but it is already possible for the landowner to seek a court order for the removal or the vehicle, or to take legal action against the owner.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do, such as making parking on private land a specific criminal offence.
