A benefit calculation system to include income and outgoings
I would like the government to consider a full and complete calculation for benefits otherwise a person will never get a correct answer or outcome
Because the current system neglects pensioners because the cut off amounts in the current system are the state pension amounts, single or a couple.
Also the MIS ( minimum income standard ) for having enough to live on after outgoings identifies this

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We understand you are concerned about how state benefits are calculated. However we're not clear which benefits you want this change to apply to, as benefits are all calculated differently, or for some change to be made the benefits cap. You can find out more about the benefit cap here: www.gov.uk/benefit-cap/benefit-cap-amounts.
You could have a petition calling for a specific change to be made to the method used to calculate the benefit cap, so long as the petition was clear what change you wanted to be made.
