Make March 1 as Children day just as we have Mothers day and Fathers day.
Make a day in the year March 1 as National Children day just as we have Mothers day and Fathers day.
Children are our future. We want to be an inclusive society where everyone is valued and accorded proper respect. We have and celebrate Mothers day and Fathers day but sadly, no Childrens' day.
March 1 is a suggestion, because it ties in with spring and which describes children as new beginnings of life.
This injustice needs to be corrected and soon please so children are given their proper public recognition and importance within the family and our society.

We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. The Government aren't responsible for the setting of days such as Mothers' Day and Fathers' Day.
You might like to know there is already a National Children's Day organised in the UK independently from Government or Parliament.
