Reduce the monopoly of the 'big six' energy providers
Refer the big six energy providers to the monopolies commission. Stop them increasing prices by more than the level of inflation and not permitted to raise prices more than once in three years, reduce prices by the same level as the increase within one month of decreased wholesale prices.
