Put speed limit on all speed cameras

Additional Information

Every speed camera should have the speed limit either painted on it or on a board above it, in large numerals.

This would reduce the number of motorists who trip a speed camera accidentally, because of confusingly frequent changes to the speed limit, especially between 30 and 40.
