"Mineral Rights" should belong to the Community, not Hereditary Peers
To remove the Hereditary Rights of extremely rich Peers to Own the "Mineral Rights" over vast Areas of the Country, and to give these "Mineral Rights" to the Local County Councils of those Areas for the Benefit of all the Community.
