Change the law regarding what can be done to cats who have been hit by a car.
I've just been through massive heartache of my cat being victim to a hit and run, which has injured her to the point she has had to be put down she was only 10.5 months old. I called the police to report it but apparently with cats it's not a reportable crime.
I think people who knock cats over should be prosecuted.
