Link MP wages to the average wage of the constituents they represent.
MPs are paid above average salaries so don’t understand their constituent’s finances
Having a basic annual salary of £84,144 plus expenses is well above the average income of MPs constituents and should be brought into line with the average wage of their constituents and not be allowed to have above the rate of inflation pay rises.

We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. The Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority (IPSA) is responsible for deciding on MPs' expenses and pay. IPSA is independent of both Parliament and Government.
