Save East Anglia’s historic landscape from 180km Pylons!
Protect East Anglia from 1300 pylons over 180km from Tilbury to Norwich. The proposal by the National Grid will destroy thousands of trees and scar the beautiful landscape of East Anglia, putting the setting of hundreds of listed buildings at risk and threaten the tourist and hospitality industry.
To secure Englands green and pleasant land while ensuring that green energy reaches the public but in a green-friendly way. Cables underground throughout, not just AONB or Replace the need for pylons by creating an off shore ring main to take green energy where it’s needed.
