Veto current set of bonuses for RBS 'bankers'

Additional Information

RBS has made another huge loss and it is 80% owned by the taxpayer [us]. A loss-making publically-owned bank should not award ANY bonuses and this needs to be validated, if necessary, in an EGM where MPs, as representatives of their taxpayers can vote.
