Ban MPs from using their phones in the Commons.
Stop using phones in the commons.
MP's can get away with saying anything, if no one’s really listening.
On PMQ we see rows and rows of MPs gazing listlessly at their phones, like a vast roomful of bored teenagers, and on a very nice salary we pay for with our taxes.
