The government to help the 46,000 people who prepaid their funerals in advance
what ever they can as most of the people are the elderly and believed they where protected as it was supposed to be in a trust fund
Most people may not be able to asve that sort of money again due their age myself I am 80 nd my husband is 95 and the cost of two funerals is a lot of money to have to find twice
