Code Flexi Schooling more appropriately

Petition Details

I'm asking for Flexi Schooling to be coded more appropriately (not code C) in order for the attendance of those children who are Flexi'd, to be reflected and not shown as being poor or low. If the coding cannot change then, 'possible attendances' need to be lowered to include the Flexi Schooled day.
