Outlaw the restriction of toilet usage in schools
Force schools to allow any student to use the toilets during school hours since not going to the toilet when you need to can have a big impact on health and wellbeing. It also distracts the student from their classwork.
If pupils are reluctant or unable to use the toilets at school, they may avoid drinking and unwittingly cause or exacerbate existing continence problems, not to mention the other health problems associated with not drinking enough fluids. This, in turn, increases the stress put on the NHS for no true reason.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can only accept petitions about things the Government or Parliament are directly responsible for.
Decisions on policies regarding when students can leave the classroom are a matter for individual schools and teachers, not the UK Government or House of Commons.
