Change probate limits to a small amount.
Lower the probate limit to a small amount. Or make sure a probate is always needed
Because what is the point in having a will
when people can go in the bank and get it transferred without the proper checks.

We understand that you are concerned about money or assets being released without probate, but it's not clear exactly how you want rules regarding probate to be changed. Some financial institutions have limits above which probate will be required, and we could accept a petition calling for a limit to be set in statute, or for probate to be required for the release of any funds from a financial institution, but you'd need to be clear what limit you wanted to be imposed.
