Cyclists should have insurance to cycle on the road.
I want parliament to discuss whether cyclists should have insurance to cycle on a public highway, just the same as every other road user must have.
I want parliament to put in place a law that states that if cyclists want to use a public highway, they should be fully insured.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We're not sure if you want Parliament to debate whether cyclists should have insurance, or the Government to introduce a law requiring them to do so.
