Government plans to allow building in our national parks easier threatens the landscape
Planning minister Nick Bowles proposes a free for all in our national parks and aonb's by allowing any farm building to be demolished and up to 3 new houses built on the site.
This will in turn bring road development ,overhead cables, cars, bins, etc.
This free for all would only benefit the well off and property developers and could possibly encourage farmers to become developers themselves and give up farming altogether.
This would almost certainly alter our landscape for ever.
The easing of planning permission for this kind of envelopment is not addressing the rural housing shortage,we should all be very concerned, and prevent this new "idea" becoming fact.
