Begin and end school days later
School days should stay the same length as it is an appropriate amount of learning, however, it should start later (around 10/11am) and end later too (around 4/5pm)
It goes against the nature of children and teenagers to wake up early and go to sleep early, and in being forced to do so, it exhausts most children and teens. A study by an OU academic found that when children and teens start their school days at 10am, the amount of absences in school days dropped by over 50%
