Petition Action

Begin talks of re-joining then EU

Petition Details

The UK Government should start negotiations to seek to rejoin the EU. We believe promises made during the EU referendum campaign have not been kept, that people were deceived about what life would be like outside the EU, it was unfair 16 &17 year olds had no say in the decision.

Additional Information

EU has helped benefit citizens from different countries; working for peace&prosperity, protecting our basic political, social&economic rights.Being in the EU the single market helped citizens of countries in the EU benefit from being able to live or work in any country of 26 EU countries legally without a visa&be able to start a business in an EU country.During the referendum we were told taxes wouldn't rise, utilities wouldn't rise&lied about £350000000 a week which never got funded to our NHS
