Conservative MPs to live on 30p/day for 1 week after Lee Anderson’s comment.
Prove that the opinions of MPs and their public discourse of what the nation ‘should’ do is backed by action and empathy by behaving in such a manner.
Because when our elected officials say things that demonstrate they are out of touch with reality they must prove their opinions and assertions upon the British public have integrity.

We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. The Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority (IPSA) is responsible for deciding on MPs' expenses and pay. IPSA is independent of both Parliament and Government. Decisions about personal spending and budgets are a matter for individuals, not the Government or Parliament.
