Petition Action

Put all Members of Parliament on the national living wage.

Petition Details

I want the government to take pay cuts to receive the National Minimum wage, and use the excess monies saved from their pay packages to save public money and ease the cost of living crisis.

Additional Information

Our current government at this moment in time 13/5/22 are discussing cutting 90000 jobs within the civil service to ease the cost of living crisis.

I feel however that as the government stipulate the minimum wages for the country that they should also be subjected to this so called "Living Wage".

After watching the recent coverage of the commons on SKY news I don't feel that the majority deserve payment as they are not attending Parliament to debate issues that effect their constituents
