Stop mp's being able to claim food and drink expenses
I want the rules changed on what expenses mps can claim. They definitely should not be able to claim food and drink expenses.
No other working people can claim all of their food and drink expenses why should the country pay for theirs. They seem to make the rules about money coming out of the country pot and fully take advantage spending hundreds of thousands every year.

We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. The Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority (IPSA) is responsible for deciding on MPs' expenses and pay, including allowances for food and drink. IPSA is independent of both Parliament and Government.
