In the UK it is not required by law for men to get paid paternity leave at work.
Legal requirement for employers to pay for a minimum of 2 weeks paid paternity leave.
My job does not offer paid paternity pay when you have a child, this is wrong and should be paid in full for a minimum of 2 weeks
